not recived new router

signed up the begin of feb my going live date is on the 16th but I still have not received my new router

You should have it prior to your broadband going live; no good to you at the moment with no PN BB connection.

I've looked into your account @johnk28 and I can see that your services are in progress to go live on the 15/02/2017.

 

This can happen at any point up to midnight, which may indicate why you were advised the 16th just to set your expectations.

 

Your router was ordered automatically yesterday so you should receive it within the next few days.

From when I joined the Plusnet Help Team in May 2017 my main Community account is @Gandalf.
