I had an Engineer booked for the AM slot today 9th September 2022.
When placing my order I had to pay £50 for a new phone line/socket installation which is allegedly what the no show engineer should be doing today.
My current internet package runs out on Monday and I work from home. I have had all the texts from Plusnet to say everything is up and running but no engineer and having plugged the router in it isn't working or detecting internet.
Apologies firstly for the delayed response. I can see we emailed you on the 6th September just to say that our suppliers had advised us that the engineer won't need to visit your property and can handle things from outside.
I've checked your connection and it looks like it's working now. Is all okay now?
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
