no reward card email, no respond for emails after 5 weeks

I have signed up with Plusnet my service was alive since early July now after over 4 weeks still waiting for my reward card, wrote 2 emails, 4 twitts, 2 facebook messages, no respond from help and support when trying to reach them on the phone looks like only bots are working at the moment, can you please check if my email was sent out? If not please resend it so I can claim as this should be done withing 8 weeks of services being activated

You are in the company of hundreds of users complaining about exactly the same thing. Search for posts by' Overscore' for a great variety of ways to get things moving. Please don't give up.....that is the way the reward scheme is designed, or so it is perceived.

Hi Overscore! many thanks for replying  I sent emails to those ladies you've listed as consumer supporters hoping they can help me sort this out with Plusnet, much appreciated for your help and advise, keep it up All the best
