no phone no internet

hi, new customer   here, supposed to be connected wednesday, cant get through to customer services waiting 40 minuits on another phone twice .what is happening people.    HELP!

Hi there.

It looks like your order completed last Wednesday but testing your line is showing a potential line fault.

I'm raising this to Openreach now and we'll be in touch by e-mail soon.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
