I have been calling several days (including today) to the numbers provided: 0800 432 0200, 0345 140 0200, 0800 328 4677, 08438590142 to contact the customer service and nobody attends the call because of the high amount of calls; the chat live is offline and I can't raise a ticket because it says: "Please enter a valid mobile number" despite the fact that the mobile number is wright. So, here I am to know if I have an answer to my issue: the engineer came yesterday to install the broadband but he couldn't do it because the pole doesn't reach the connection to my room (I live in a shared house), so I would like very much the company to contact me in order to cancel my order and get the refund.
Hi. I wanted to say that I am happy now because I could contact Plusnet by phone yesterday to talk about my issue. They cancelled the services and the operator said that I'll have the refund around 7 days.
