my order

morning can someone mail me a update about my new order. I haven't had any notifications about the status and require a new line install and broadband and phone connection.My last order was cancelled so I have had to wait another 2 weeks, although no one informed about the cancellation. I seem to get significant problems with Plusnet set up and customer service availability, all very frustrating.
