my order and phone and fibre going live help request PLZ

hi mods and helpers

 

please can you look into my account and help keep everthing on track.

 

the status hasnt moved and just want things on track if there is a problem that you can see please let me know as we can liaise to get all corrected

i dont want this taking more than it needs to

Hi there.

From what I can see it looks like our automated system didn't put your order through to our suppliers correctly. I've now manually placed the order and your phone service should go live tomorrow.

Once this is done, we'll place your fibre order and we'll let you know when this should activate.

No problems at all. 

Looks like the phone line was recently stopped by a previous provider so it was a fairly straightforward process to reactivate it. As your fibre order will need an engineer to complete external work, and these type of orders bear a standard lead time of 5 working days, we've got plenty of time to get your router out to you. Smiley

Hopefully your fibre service will be ready on the 1st May, but it can be pushed back as it's subject to engineer availability.

We'll confirm this shortly.
