line activated - when will broadband be activated?

Can you tell me if my fibre broadband activated yet

Assuming I'm looking at the right account, your fibre order completed yesterday afternoon and you're now connected on it.

In my account order summary the fibre says 'complete' but should say active

Also I haven't had an email confirming the activation

I've just checked my account summary and it shows 'Complete' next to my broadband product.

The next line for the cessation charge shows 'Activated'

I must have been really bad in a previous life. This is my 3rd ISP in a row that uses lithium.

This also means that is active as your product change has completed and is now activated.
