landline number changed when moved from John Lewis
I have just migrated from John Lewis on closure. I was promised by email and numerous long phone calls to customer services that my number would remain the same...but of course someone thinks differently and I have now been given a new number! I have been trying since the 26th Oct to get this rectified and still no joy. I am really tired of the inability of Plusnet to sort the problem that they caused. Can somebody please help?
