lack of information

I have started a new contract for broadband and openreach came on Thursday 26/03/2020 and connected the line. My router has been delivered and I was told to not turn it on until I was notified by Plusnet to do so. I then had an Email from Plusnet stating that there was a problem and they would keep me informed. Since then there has been no information, I have tried ringing but that is now a no go, I can't Email, I tried contacting by a ticket (what is that?) but it keeps telling me to enter a mobile number,the mobile number is on there but it wont allow it to go through.

I AM NOW TOTALLY FED UP.

I am now on the verge of cancelling the order and staying with my current supplier.

What can I do?
