lack of info about plusnet tv

Just joined plusnet; decided to add youview. What a disaster! Salesperson told me YouView box will come ready configured. Box arrived, no new channels configured; support staff tell me it could take upto 5 days, most likely 2-3 days. YouView FAQ states "within 24 Hours". YouView Guide states  extra channels will be seen under 'subscribed" heading; guess what no such heading! Am I regretting my choice already, you bet!!

Hi jimhrvy,I think you should give it a chance,try switching off at the back and then on,should sort it out.Do you have any channels at all?What exactlty are you not receiving that you want to subscribe to?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear the first impression wasn't great when you set up the box. I can see you spoke with technical support yesterday and that subscription channels are now working. Let me know if you're still seeing any issues.
