lack of communication
Hi. After a long and not very satisfactory phone call to PlusNet Services on the 20th July, I was assured by them that I would receive an email, a phone call and a text to confirm my Broadband installation date. Today is 27th July and I have heard nothing at all. Has anyone else experienced this type of service?

I am sorry for the lack of communication there has been surrounding the orders. It looks like there has been a delay with the progression of the order as our suppliers are advising external work needs to be completed before they can assign an engineer out. As it's the weekend, I'm afraid I'm unable to provide a further update from the suppliers in regards to the next steps. However, as I'm back in the office tomorrow I'll contact them tomorrow morning and update you accordingly via the open support ticket on the account.
