internet not active

i was assured my internet would be activated yesterday when i called., but alas internet light on the hub is still off, and admin page shows status “connecting”.

what is the delay? and why the misinformation on the call?

wondering if it was a mistake moving from bt; not the best first impression.

Welcome to the forums.

You would probably be better off by phoning Plusnet and waiting for some one to answer.

This website isn't staffed 24/7 and indeed at weekends can be like a ghost town.
