hi, I ordered plusnet internet three weeks ago, got the install date 20/3/20, waited till last hour rang helpline, nice chap pointed out the visit was cancelled as ther is no need for a visit-(BT told plusnet the work can be done remotely) no one informed me, day off work for nothing.. that's all well and good, what about my direct debit, will it be still took out even though im going to be a month later for connection?
I haven't even received my router!! chap said it will be now in the post- not exactly "we will do you proud" service
