I have just signed up to get plus net "fibre unlimited".

I can see from my bank account the first payment is in the process of being taken out of my account.

I then went onto have the direct debit setup for my account, however this page came up... (attached image)

I have had no confirmation email to say plus net have set up my account or confirm my order of "fibre unlimited"

Also tried to sign into the customer login but that is not working with the details I thought I had created an account with.

I realise it is late on a Sunday evening and am currently on the phone to customer service for the past 25 minutes in a queue.

Anyone been through this or able to help?

Apologies for the experience you've had with trying to sign up yesterday.

It looks like you've tried again this morning and an account has been created now.

If you've seen two amounts of money taken from your bank, I'd expect one of the amounts to return into your account as soon as your bank realise we haven't taken two. For a timeframe, it's worth getting in touch with your bank.
