how do i contact plusnet regarding the start date of my contract
i switched over from BT yesterday and picked a future date for the switch so it consider with my end of contact with BT
however plusnet have picked an earlier date and i have now been told by BT that i will have to pay charges for breaching my contract by terminating it earlier .
its only 7 days but its not a good start by plusnet

Hi @sunshinewelly, welcome to the forums. Please bear in mind when we notify providers to arrange a transfer these are provisional dates and can be changed. I've sent some further information via email in relation to your account.
