Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear - Mark Twain
He who feared he would not succeed sat still
I'm really sorry to hear that you are having issues getting connected.
There are a couple of things we need to try first to help get you set up.
- Open a web browser
- Go to 192.168.1.254
- Log in to the router if prompted (the username and password are printed on the router)
- Go to the broadband or connection settings
- Change the connection username and password to your firstname.lastname@example.org and your account password
- Click connect
If this doesn't work it may be worth resetting your password via the forgotten password page on the member centre.
Please click here for help with this.
Let us know how you get on.
