I'm really sorry to hear that you are having issues getting connected.
There are a couple of things we need to try first to help get you set up.
- Open a web browser
- Go to 192.168.1.254
- Log in to the router if prompted (the username and password are printed on the router)
- Go to the broadband or connection settings
- Change the connection username and password to your email@example.com and your account password
- Click connect
If this doesn't work it may be worth resetting your password via the forgotten password page on the member centre.
