full fibre 300 upgrade

just upgraded to full fibre 300,or so i thought as supposed to be live 27th april,nothing has changed except i've been charged for a new router.support team are no support at all.what is going on ?

Hi @hondaman750 

I'm sorry to hear this has happened. 

From looking at your account I suspect this is because you were on the original FTTP trial which isn't recognised by our systems which is why it defaults to trying to install a new ONT. 

I've manually put the change through now but because I've had to do it this way you won't see an increase in speed until tomorrow

Let us know if you still haven't seen a increase after then
