is there any chance I could get my line activated
earlier the previous tenant in my flat was also under plusnet im not sure why it’s taking so long to get activated.

Hi @jekavancena We're taking over a working line whether that's from another provider or ourselves I'm afraid that these type of orders can't be sped up in any way. I've checked the order and it's due to complete on the 24th before midnight.
