didn't receive router

Hi! I signed up to plusnet at my new flat a few weeks ago, and was told my modem was in the post and subsequently told it had arrived and to enjoy my broadband, but I never ever actually got the router. I checked and my address is correct so I'm not sure where it is now, if it did arrive. I was told it would take 3-5 days, but it has been 2 weeks now and it's not anywhere to be found.

The address details seem correct. It's likely the router was just lost in the post. Undecided

I've processed an RMA now, so it should be sent again and you should receive it shortly.
