compensation?

Hello, 

Our broadband was supposed to go live on the 1st of September which already was a delay from original plan. We were moving from BT and our BT was no longer in use that day. This was due to the strike at BT and Openreach so not Plusnet's fault but I was wondering, as Plusnet is registered with the automatic compensation scheme I read, will we get compensation for that? It went live on the 3rd (today).

The question is whether the 1st September was the confirmed date and the previous date was described as something like a target or estimated date. See https://www.plus.net/help/legal/automatic-compensation/
