Just moved to Plusnet, activated today, and working well.
I don't require the plusnet router I was sent, as I have my own modem and separate router (a synology 2600ac) which works much better. I have not opened the plusnet router which is still sealed.
I did raise a support question about this, but have received no reply. (#204726197)
Can I return it for a refund?

Doesn't seem likely, given that it's free in the first place.
You can request a post-paid bag to return it - otherwise keep it as a spare.

However if you ever have a fault, you will not get support from PN on your current setup - why not keep ot just in case.....

Just stick it in the back of a drawer and forget about it, it's good to have a spare just in case.
