broadband to fibre upgrade

existing broadband customer and was supposed to go fibre live 13th May but as yet nothing, is there a problem ?

just to say,new router is up and running and have tried restarting it on the 14th

Sorry , the previous post was vague,the broadband is working on the new router,just waiting on the fibre
