broadband, phone line renewal

i recently phoned to renew my broadband and switch my phone line to plusnet. i have since realised that the monthly price is more than i was offered online. Do you think it is worth querying it. My new contract has not stared yet.

I am sorry to hear that the price we have sent in the confirmation email isn't the offer you signed up to online.The contract starts from the point you sign up, so I would advise contacting our Customer Options Team to discuss the plan before your cooling off period ends , they are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
