broadband installation problems

My order was meant to complete yesterday and my phone works but now I have no internet, I cant get through on the phone as its a 30 minute wait. When will my broadband work???

It appears your orders are complete. I've just activated your account so if you set up your router you should be good to go.

Its still not working and the automated service is still saying its not up and running yet. I rely on the internet for study, I need it working ASAP
