broadband activation delay

I was supposed to get connected five days ago and am still without Internet. All I keep getting told is that there is a problem with my order. Has anyone else had this issue and how long did it take to resolve.

Hi and sorry to see there's been delays to your order. It appears that a delay to the completion of the order to move your line order in turn caused the broadband order to fail.

I'll get this flagged up to our provisioning team so we can get a new broadband order placed ASAP.
