adsl to vdsl tracking


is there a way on the member portal to track my regrade?

I received an email advising of a live date but I think this is likely just the change in call package as seems quite soon, was expecting around 10 working days for the regrade.

Unfortunately there is no way as far as I'm aware that you can track a regrade via your account, however I've checked your order and I can see the fibre work is due to be carried out on the 10/04/2019. It was delayed from the original expected completion date of 03/04/2019 due to engineer availability in your area.

Apologies for the lack of communication. Regarding your call plan change this will come into effect as of your next billing date which you'll be able to find out via your account.
