activation date

my broadband goes live tomorrow but i have solid blue light on my router but wireless and internet not working can someone take a look see if may have gone on early or in process im using the setup as username and its blue

You could try replacing the 'setup' username with your own account name / password combination and see if that works

shouldn't need to do a password reset, the details are the same that you use to log in to the PN member centre.

the username for the router is <username>@plusdsl.net

Fix
easiest thing might be to stick a pin in the back of the router for 30 seconds to do a factory reset and let it detect the settings.
