I ordered about 3 weeks ago as a new customer and the router was delivered fine. I believe the tenant at my new place denied the internet being swapped over even though i had told Plusnet a date of 3rd Dec. So the order go cancelled I'm away and can't call, I've used live chat 3 times and they've me told me they will send an internal request to process it again as the tenant is now moved and out (20th nov)
Can someone please just help me become a customer ? There is a line already confirmed and I've been waiting a week for any feedback. I need the internet for work understandably it's important.
