I recently registered to PlusNet. The switch should have happened yesterday (Saturday 28th of March), but it still not the case. My former provider disconnected us in the morning and the PlusNet is still not yet activated (Sunday 29th of March). So I have currently not broadband at home, and I really need internet to be able to work from home. I would be more than happier if you can have a look at this problem rapidly.

The activation date for your broadband service is booked for 28th March 2020. The service will be activated at any time up till midnight.

The broadband and phone line have been activated in the afternoon. Some delays due to lack of staff during the coronavirus lockdown, which is quite understandable. Anyway, it seems to work pretty well now!
