You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

Hello there,

 

My new Plusnet service has just started and so far everything seems fine. I would like to add a static IP to my account, but the following message is showing in the Member Centre:

 

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

 

On the Configure Static IP page it has different messages:

 

If you are an existing customer
Unfortunately, this feature is not available with your current account. To raise any queries and to upgrade your account, please use the Contact Us tool here at the Portal

If you have recently joined PlusNet
It may take up to 30 minutes until you can access this feature of your account. Please try again later. Go back

 
Would someone be able to look into this for me please?
