Wrong billing amount

Hi

I've agreed to renew my contract with plus net for another 18 months at £25.99 a month but have received an email saying it'll be £55 per month??? And then £80 a month after that?
Can someone explain please? Expecting this to be a mistake but would like it confirmed if is.

Re: Wrong billing amount

I may be wrong here, but my suspicion is that you have been advised of the current 'list price' before any agreed discounts have been taken into account.

Re: Wrong billing amount

Not too sure what that means to be honest. But I agreed to the offer sent to me by plusnet for £25 not £55. Would add attachments if I knew how

Re: Wrong billing amount

Basically, there is an advertised price for the product, which you then discuss and get reduced to one both parties agree.

If you add attachments - either by using the icon next to the 'smily' icon at the top of the reply panel, or the 'paperclip' at the bottom, make sure you remove any personal details.

Re: Wrong billing amount

I've had exactly the same issue. One email confirms £23.50 for 24 months, then the next is morecthan double.
