I have just subscribed to Plusnet and everything is working fine BUT my landline number has changed and I cannot receive any incoming calls. Please advise ASAP how to resolve this situation. Thank you.
Welcome to our community forums @jb1951 I'm sorry to see we've changed your landline telephone number without notification. I've added a reply to the ticket you've raised Here with what your number is currently.
I'm going to renumber your line back to the number you had before, however I'm afraid we'd need to wait until the 23rd because your number's currently in a 14 day quarantine period before it's released back to the BT network as an available number. Once your number's released I'll be able to renumber your line within 1 working day.
