Will there be any gap in broadband

I signed up for unlimited broadband on the 17th Sept, I have a connection date for the phone on the 1st of Oct from plusnet and bt, but broadband before midnight on the 2nd Oct by text by plusnet, I am concerned the will be a 24hr gap in broadband. I have tried to contact through Web chat, phone and twitter but have had no reply. Can someone please help.

I had a gap of about 8 hours from the disconnection of my old prover until the connection of Plus Net

@Chally  It is just the confusing way PN choose to use the information, I assume then have said midnight on the 2nd, which they mean by a minute after 23:59 on the first.

 

Typically your old service will be cut off in the early hours of the first, your phone will come back in the morning, your broadband later in the afternoon or early evening - but could be up until midnight - assuming all goes well.
