Will my order complete today?

We have moved house and therefore cancelled our phone/fibre at our previous property, and ordered Plusnet at our new place. Previous message updates say it will complete today but no more information as to when, and the order tracker won’t work as it seems to be showing the original order at our last address.
Any idea if we will be connected today? Fibre order number is 4-798015362731
