Why is switch taking so long?
Hi got my welcome to Plusnet email on the 26/3/2021 how come it's now the 14/04/2021 and my order is still processing?
I've never known it to take this long when I've switched providers before.
I'm now out of contract with my current provider so my monthly charge has gone up and it's now costing me money.

I'm sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately our systems weren't able to automatically process your order and we hadn't manually picked up on it on this occasion but I've submitted the order to our suppliers now.
We should be able to confirm your transfer date within the next 2 to 3 working days.
