I ordered PlusNet on 5th January (I’m being charged a monthly rate from the 10th, which I find slightly cheeky). I was told on the phone that my phone line would be a few days and my internet would be working within the next week.
So after a period of no communication, I get a setup date of 23rd January? I was told this would be due to engineer availability, which is confusing as I was told over the phone I already have a line and so this would save me time.
I need the Internet for my work so this is incredibly inconvenient. Why is it taking so long, when I am already paying a monthly rate for a service I have no access to?
