Why has my order been cancelled?

Order has been cancelled. Please check Install Diary and resubmit order once issue is resolved.

 

Now what? Cant speak to anyone it seems either via phone (have to wait an hour!), email or chat.

 

Not a good start! Angry

The install diary is an area within an account that details of the order can be found. This highlights the stages of the order to our Order Updates team.
