I arranged to move broadband and take PlusNet phone on 10 September. Whilst the phone line appeared to be activated on 25 Sep (the move date) I have had absolutely zero response or status update about broadband. This is utterly frustrating. Every time I call I'm told it will be a 20-30 minute wait, time I do not currently have.
PlusNet claim an average response time to tickets of ~14 hours. I raised a new ticket (183108410) on 29 Sep and still awaiting a response, that's now over 72 hours and even earlier tickets I have raised queries on have gone unanswered.
Please would someone respond and update me on what is going on and when I can expect broadband to be active!
