Why I can't buy a sim card?

Hi! I've been trying to purchase a Sim card with you, but it has been canceled 3 times at first we thought it was because I was trying to buy it with my partner's card but I tried with mine and suddenly I got a refund! I don't know what to do, I can't call because I have no phone line!

Hi Welcome to the Forum,

PlusNet no longer do mobile accounts for  new consumers there are many posts on here about it

And PN has disappeared from USwich 

 

Is Plusnet Mobile closing down?
 
On 29 March 2023, Plusnet announced that from 31 March 2023, mobile phone plans would be restricted to existing contracts and no longer available to new customers.
