My go live date was last Tuesday and @plusnet have still failed to connect me. Another failed connection date was given and now they cannot give me a date. They can no longer give me a connection date. I wouldn't get your hopes up with their appalling service.
I am due to be connected tomorrow, but not got a router, my account shows it has not yet been ordered. Cant get through on phone. Really wishing i hadn't bothered switching now. Not impressed with their “Award winning” service.
If your router does not arrive in time....If you can get your hands on a BT router then you will still be able to get online by just changing the username & password to match your Plusnet login details.
