Where’s my router

I signed up for super fast broadband a couple of weeks ago and my internet was cut off last Thursday, they’d not sent out the new router. I made contact Friday and was told it would be first class and take 3 working days. I now find out I was fobbed off! The email subsequently informed me it was 3-5 working days if you’re lucky.

I am currently trying to work from home and have been without internet for 9 days now!

I try to ring customers services and it’s a half hour wait!

This is insane! Please sort this out!

Has anyone else had this problem!

I ordered an item from amazon yesterday and it arrived today! Why does it take more than 7 days to get a router!
