Where’s my reward card?

I signed up to unlimited fibre at the start of August, service was switched on 23rd August and no sign of the rewards card or any email relating to this. And I’m not impressed with the broadband itself either, it’s even slower than my previous BT and I have to reset the router at least once a day😡

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had.

I've manually claimed the reward card for you and you should receive this within 30 days.

With regards to your broadband I've tested your line and I can see that your speeds are just above your minimum guaranteed speed but below the overall estimates for your line.

Can you try connecting your router to the test socket as explained here and then message us back so we can retest?
