Where’s my order

Hi, I ordered my new service about 6 weeks ago and when I check on my account, it just keeps saying your router will be sent soon and my order will be completed. No dates, no info nothing. All the time I’m paying more with another supplier for a service I don’t want. Do I need to cancel with PlusNet and go somewhere else for my broadband package?Huh

Hi is anyone at PlusNet working? Another few days tick by and no reply despite sending the necessary info to your PM.

If nothing happens this week, I’ll be cancelling what appears to be a non existent order and look to get my broadband supplied elsewhere.
Can’t say I’m hugely impressed by the total lack of service so far.
