Hi. My broadband is due to go live on Friday but on the order status the router still says that the order hasn't been placed. My daughter in law had the same issue and said it was a glitch and the order was placed manually. Could someone please help. Thank you.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Thanks for your post @ronniepovey and welcome to our Community Forums.
We'd normally order a router a few days before an activation date so it arrives just in time, but I've manually placed the order now so you should get it sooner.
Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.
