Due to change to fibre on28/5/21 with a new router. Still waiting for both to happen. No router or fibre.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I can see one of my colleagues has picked up the ticket 214775338 you've raised and progress your fibre order manually to our suppliers. Having checked the order now I can see the service is due to go live on the 10th before midnight.
We'll post your new router out to you before this happens.

Thanks for the router router information.
I also need help on another matter. I cannot communicate verbally due to cancer treatment and this is a permanent condition. How can I deal with Plusnet without using the telephone?
