I upgraded to fibre broadband last week 16th December, I was told that my upgrade would happen today 23rd December. All this had to be done online .
I have not received a new router !
As I am deaf so I cannot phone (Plusnet know this!) the online chat is not available, there is no online form offered to fill in & no email address offered to use.
I am totally stuck here & can't get any help , all I want is to ask where my router is after all I am paying Plusnet to provide a service but I can't get help! It's 2020 , why can't Plusnet communicate with people ?
Any ideas anyone ?
