Hi - I agreed to move to Plusnet from John Lewis back in early October. The first payment was taken and an indication that my fibre would be up and working within 10 working days. Alas, nothing, nil, zero, nada! No router, no chance of getting through on support line...not a great experience. In the meantime ordered BT fibre on our second line; installed, new router and up and working. Currently on hold with customer support - been waiting for 20 minutes and still in a queue. Service is pretty poor - thinking of reversing the order and going with another provider.
