The order was placed on 30/11/2021, we identified a stopped line at your property and placed a phone only order to restart it. The line was restarted by 02/12/2021.
A broadband order was placed the following day, as these can take 10 working days to complete, which in effect is two weeks, your broadband order is due to complete on 16/12/2021.
