Where is my order?

Order is still processing. I ordered on 29th November and its still not complete yet. How much longer will it be?

Thanks a lot for reaching out and welcome to our online Community Forum. Smiley I'll give you some information as to what's gone on with your order.

The order was placed on 30/11/2021, we identified a stopped line at your property and placed a phone only order to restart it. The line was restarted by 02/12/2021.

A broadband order was placed the following day, as these can take 10 working days to complete, which in effect is two weeks, your broadband order is due to complete on 16/12/2021.
