Where is my order??

I signed up to switch to Plusnet from Sky on 27th September. After quickly taking payment, silence since. Line infrastructure is all in place. No details on activation date, no sign of any router. If this silence continues, I'll be ringing next week and cancelling the order. Pathetic service so far.
